Bow’Hanna Kymirah Elliott, the 2 year old daughter of Aron and Cortlynn Malone Elliot drowned at Toledo Bend Reservoir Friday morning.

Authorities told Around The Town news that the child’s grandparents went to pick her up on Friday morning and discovered the door to the house open and the girl and her older brother, who is also a young child, were not in the house.

The brother was located safe, however Shamrock Shores Volunteer Fire Department posted on their Facebook page that Bow’Hanna was recovered from the lake on Friday.

Funeral services for Bow’Hanna Kymirah Elliott are planned for Saturday, July 11th at 2:00 p.m. at Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.
