Natchitoches Parish positive cases today are 157 which is the same as yesterday. Deaths remain the same at 13, and 1,896 residents have been tested. The parish’s estimated population is 38,000.
Sabine Parish positive cases remain 41 with no deaths, and 1,374 residents have been tested. The parish’s estimated population is 24,000.
Vernon Parish positive cases increased by one to 25 and deaths remain steady at three. A total of 1,293 residents have been tested. The parish’s estimated population is 47,000.
Nationwide totals are 1.75 million positive cases with 377,000 presumed recovered and 103,000 deaths. According to the COVID Tracking Project 15.6 million people in the US have been tested for the virus. The U.S. estimated population is 328 million.
Globally, there are 5.76 million positive cases with 2.39 million presumed recovered and 358, 000 deaths. The world estimated population is 7.7 billion.
