The City Council of the City of Natchitoches will hold an electronic regular meeting, Monday, May 11, beginning at 5:30 p.m. following a Budget Hearing beginning at 4:30 p.m. The reasons for holding an electronic public meeting are to limit the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) and to remain in compliance with Proclamation Number 41 JBE 2020, which prohibits any public gathering through May 15, 2020. In accordance with LA. R.S. 42:19 and Attorney Generals Open Meetings Guidance, in order to meet quorum requirements, some Natchitoches Council Members may be involved in the meeting via telephone or video conference. The electronic public meeting will be held via teleconference and video conference.
