The announcement we were hoping we wouldn’t have to make:
It is with heavy hearts that the Battle of Pleasant Hill Board is announcing the cancellation of the 2020 Battle of Pleasant Hill Re-enactment and Festival, that was previously rescheduled for April 17-19, 2020, due to the ongoing threat of the COVID-19 virus. We tried to hold on and have our event and we are heartbroken.
The health and safety of our re-enactors, spectators and local community is our top priority and we feel this is the best decision given the circumstances. We are abiding by guidelines and recommendations from our state and national government.
For those re-enactors who pre-registered, you will be refunded within the next two weeks. All of our vendors, sutlers and sponsors will be contacted shortly if you haven’t already been contacted by a board member.
We wish to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years and look forward to seeing you all again in 2021. Our dates for 2021 are April 9-11!!! Mark your calendars now!
