Funeral services for Mr. Charles Ray Litton will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 12 at Mars Hill Baptist Church, Atlanta with the Rev. Tony Dick and Craig McCain officiating. Interment will be in Mars Hills Baptist Church Cemetery, Atlanta under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mr. Litton, 65, of Montgomery entered eternal rest Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, at The Courtyard Hospice Facility in Natchitoches surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Litton, affectionaly called “Paw Paw” was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He loved his family and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Mr. Litton, a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church in Atlanta, was a self-employed paperman and truck driver who loved “Westerns.” He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Mr. Litton was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Dianne Litton; parents, Thomas Sr. and Mallie Ruth Litton; one brother, Thomas Maurice Litton Jr.; and two sisters, Sherry Lewis and Wanda Slay.
He is survived by two daughters, Dr. Kimberly Litton-Roundy (Anthony) of Montgomery and Connie Brown (Steve) of Converse; one sister, Lillie Bullard (James) of Belmont; two grandsons, Tyler Brown (Shayna) and Collin Brown; two granddaughters, Charlie Dianne Roundy and Rebekah Roundy.
Friends may visit Wednesday, Dec. 11 at Mars Hill Baptist Church from 5-9 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
