Natchitoches Police arrest suspect in Tahoe Street burglary | Around The Town

On October 21, 2019 around 3:00 p.m., officers with the Natchitoches Police Department responded to the 600 block of Tahoe Street in reference to a burglary in progress.  Upon officers arrival they were informed by the homeowner that the suspect fled the area in a brown Chevrolet Suburban.  After a brief search of the area officers were able to locate the brown Chevrolet Suburban. Bret Anderson (W/M, 30 y.o.a. of Center, Texas) was placed under arrest without incident after being positively identified.

Bret Anderson is charged with one count of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and was placed in the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center.

The Natchitoches Police Department would like to remind its citizens to please note the brand, model and serial number on all valuable household items and firearms. The serial numbers can help officers identify your items and get them back to you.
